The Company reserves the right to participate in your defense of any third-party claim related to your use of the Website content or Products, with legal counsel of the Company's choosing, at the Company's expense. FORCE MAJEURE

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the Customer Care Officer/Grievance Officer as mentioned below via mail, email or phone. The Grievance Officer is identified above pursuant to the provisions of applicable laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the rules enacted under those law.
