Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BR NutriCure. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. You will receive an email/ phone call to confirm dispatch, which also signifies our acceptance of your order. Please be informed, the order shall only be dispatched once it has been confirmed by you.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order will only be accepted once you have confirmed it via email or mobile.


SHIPPING & DISPATCH TIMELINE

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Dispatch of all the product(s), may or may not happen at the same time. Items in your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses depending on availability. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
  • Each product is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they encounter difficulties reaching the provided address or finding a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.


DELIVERY

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • In the case of multiple items, delivery may occur in separate shipments.
  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, unexpected delays (due to weather, strikes, remote area delivery, or courier issues) may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases.


TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/ SMS containing the tracking details.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping is offered on most orders, unless stated otherwise.
  • For certain products or remote delivery locations, a minimal shipping charge may be applied. This will be visible at the time of checkout and clearly mentioned on the product page.


DELIVERY LOCATIONS

  • We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India, including remote and rural areas.
  • In rare cases such as natural disasters, logistical disruptions, or other emergencies, shipping to certain regions may be temporarily suspended. If your area is affected, our customer care team will contact you to provide alternatives or updates.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Shipping address or PIN-code changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. The order, once dispatched, will be returned if undeliverable.
  • If you need to update your address, please email us at contact@brnutricure.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
