Refund, Return, and Cancellations
At BR Nutricure, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please email us at contact@brnutricure.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Note: Refunds are applicable only for unshipped orders. We do not offer refunds on delivered products unless they fall under our Replacement Policy.
RETURNS
We accept return requests and offer replacements in the following situations:
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product delivered is expired.
- The product is damaged during transit or has a visible manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return/Replacement:
To raise a return or replacement request, please email us at contact@brnutricure.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
- Order ID
- Full Name
- Item(s) you wish to return/replace
- Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A return pickup will be arranged by us.
- After we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected.
- If eligible, the replacement item(s) will be shipped within 24–48 working hours of approval.
Return/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product has been used or the seal is broken.
- The product’s serial number is tampered with or missing.
- The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
- The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The reason for return does not fall under eligible categories listed above.
Important: Any item returned without prior approval via email will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
STORE CREDIT (Optional Alternative to Replacement)
If you do not wish to receive a replacement for an approved return, you may request a store credit equivalent to the product/(s) value upon emailing us at contact@brnutricure.com.
- A discount code reflecting your credit will be shared via email.
- The store credit must be used within 60 days of issuance on a new order.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on delivered items unless they qualify under the Return & Replacement Policy. Refunds will only be initiated once the returned products are received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to share their bank account details via email at contact@brnutricure.com for refund processing.

- Please ensure to include images/videos as proof in your email

BR Nutricure reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation, return, replacement, or refund request at its sole discretion.
All disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
